1. Trinity College Dublin

This university is also known as Trinity College and University of Dublin and this name has been used for administrative purposes, it is a research university in Dublin, Ireland established in 1592. Queen Elizabeth 1 issued a royal charter for this college in 1952 and the motto of the university is “It will last into endless future times”. This university is Ireland’s oldest university as a research intensive institute and Trinity college is the one of the seven ancient universities of Britain and Ireland. Admission to this university is only based on the merit score and the college is famous for the programs in law, literature and humanities.

This university is also known as RCSI University of Medicine and Health Science and it is a national body for the surgical branch of medicine. From 1997 to 2022 the university name was National University of Ireland Galway and the name was changed to the current name in 2022.
